A Russian born artist, Regina Berengolts received her art degree from prestigious Serov Art Academy in St. Petersburg. As a teenager she earned high recognition in numerous exhibitions, including St. Petersburg National Peoples Museum.

In 1979 she immigrated to the United States, where she earned a degree in Industrial Design from Georgia Institute of Technology. While applying her creative design to a variety of consumer products using her formal training, Regina also continued developing her own style as an artist.

"I am driven by a quest for artistic expression via an exploration of different media and subjects. Each leads me to the discovery of new emotion, color, technique, and composition."

Regina's keen interest in art, combined with her professional background, has profoundly shaped her work. Regina's artistic style is unique unto itself. Elegant three-dimensional lines, blocky anatomy and abstract visuals describe her work. Vibrant colors and dynamic composition communicate a myriad of feelings. Regina's works are usually mixed media and are characterized by strong contrasting colors to produce a collection that has tremendous visual and emotional allure.

Regina's artistic interests include drawing, design, photography and sculpture. Her work can be found in private collections nationally and internationally. She currently resides in Orange County, California.
